• Account Data: Email address, name, and profile picture via Google OAuth
• YouTube Channel Data: Videos, comments, and analytics data from your connected YouTube channel
• Reference Images: Images you upload for thumbnail generation
• Generated Content: Thumbnails and project data we create for you
• Usage Data: Session information, feature usage, and interaction patterns
• Feedback Data: Bug reports, feature requests, satisfaction ratings, and other feedback you voluntarily submit

To improve AutoKliq, we offer various ways for you to provide feedback including a feedback widget, satisfaction ratings, and forms for bug reports and feature requests. This feedback collection is optional and voluntary.

When you submit feedback, we may collect:

• Your feedback content and sentiment rating
• Page context (which page you were on)
• Browser and device information for bug reports
• Your account information (if logged in)

Lawful Basis: We process feedback data based on our legitimate interest in improving our service. Feedback is retained for 24 months, then anonymized.

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the AutoKliq service
• Generate AI-powered audience analysis using your YouTube data

AutoKliq's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, AutoKliq:

• Uses Google user data only to provide and improve the AutoKliq thumbnail generation and channel analysis service
• Does not use Google user data to serve advertisements
• Does not sell Google user data to third parties
• Does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the AutoKliq service, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition after notice to users
• Does not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the AutoKliq service
• Does not allow humans to read Google user data unless you have given explicit permission, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law

YouTube API Scopes requested and why:

• youtube.readonly — Used to retrieve your channel details, video list, titles, descriptions, and existing thumbnails. This data powers the thumbnail generation context so that AI can produce thumbnails matched to your content.
• yt-analytics.readonly — Used to retrieve channel performance metrics (views, watch time, average view duration, subscriber changes) for the last 30 days. This data is displayed in your channel dashboard to help you understand what content performs well.

AutoKliq uses read-only access. We never modify, delete, upload, or change any content on your YouTube channel.

AutoKliq uses the Google Gemini API to generate thumbnail concepts. When generating thumbnails, your video title, description, and channel context (obtained via youtube.readonly) may be sent to the Gemini API as input. AutoKliq:

• Does not use YouTube API data to train, fine-tune, or improve any generalized or foundational AI or ML model
• Uses YouTube API data only to generate personalized thumbnail concepts for the specific user's own channel — within that user's AutoKliq session
• Does not aggregate, anonymize, or derive datasets from YouTube API data for any AI/ML training purpose

This use complies with the Limited Use requirements of Google's API Services User Data Policy. The use of raw or derived user data received from YouTube APIs will not be used to create, train, or improve a foundational or generalized AI/ML model.

We integrate with:

• Google OAuth: For secure authentication
• Google Gemini API: For AI-powered analysis and image generation
• YouTube Data API v3: To read your channel content and videos (read-only)
• YouTube Analytics API v2: To read your channel performance metrics (read-only)
• Cloudflare R2: For secure image storage
• Sentry: For error monitoring and service reliability

• Account Data: Retained until you request deletion
• OAuth Tokens: Until revoked or 90 days of inactivity
• Reference Images: Until you delete them
• Generated Thumbnails: 90 days
• Credit Transactions: 7 years (tax compliance)
• Feedback Data: 24 months, then anonymized

We protect your data with:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Secure cloud storage via Cloudflare R2
• Session-based authentication with secure cookies
• Regular security monitoring and updates

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Revoke YouTube access at any time
• Request a copy of your data

AutoKliq is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
